some random photo of green sticky tapes. I remember in primary school, the teachers like to put us in different coloured group: red, blue, yellow and green. sometimes, there'll be points scoring system where the best group gets points from handing homework on time etc. and in order to identify the group, we have to colour code our exercise book to the group we are in. so the green group will use these green sticky tapes to paste at the top left side corner of the exercise book. Not sure if it's only my teacher or is it a common practice in schools? and do they still do that today?
