Omega milk

Osteoporosis is common among more mature ladies. Hence, it is important that we ladies have sufficient calcium intake and what's best to get this source of nutrient is from drinking milk! Besides being rich in calium, Omega milk has this improved ingredient called plant sterols that helps to reduce heart disease. Drinking a cup of omega milk a day can help reduce your risk of heart disease as well!

my grandma used to drink the 3in1 milo instead of milk powder even though milk has more calcium because of the inconvenience of having to make your own milk and not knowing how much milk powder to put in. it's alittle troublesome. but not to worry! omega milk has the 3in1 packets too! and my grandma loves it! makes drinking milk so much easier! and besides you don't need to put hot water, just your normal room temperature will do! how convenient is that! and the taste is nice too. at least thats what my grandma said, she loves it! so now i'll buy 2 packets for her every month and whenever i go to visit her to replenish her omega stocks, she always tells me its running out already! so i guess the milk is really nice. happy and makes me feel assured that my grandma is taking in enough calcium because she has really weak legs. so hopefully her health will be better!
