Nescafé ipoh white coffee has 2 variants! hazelnut and brown sugar. I don't drink coffee but this sounds yummy! especially hazelnut. and the packaging for hazelnut is green! maybe I should go make myself a cup to try!

Happy Birthday my alcoholic friend! (254/365)

This is blood orange with vodka. Chanced upon this shop that sells alcohol in such a way. You can request how much ml you want and what kind of drinks you want. I would love to take a picture of the whole shop but too bad, only this particular one is red in colour.

Vom Fass sells hard liquor, cognac, oils and even vinegar. This place is indeed very interesting and they have different bottles there (of different sizes and shapes) to fill up the drink of your choice. Keep the bottle because when you finished your  drink, you can bring it back to refill. Save the environment.

Gmarket

ok, I'm a slowpoke but I recently made a new discovery of the awesomeness of gmarket! this iPhone wire is my first gmarket buy along with screen protectors and a earphone.

within that one night i made another 2 purchases, a Laneige sleep pack at almost half of retail price! I'm in love with gmarket!! but need to refrain myself from going often because it's not only wasting money but time consuming too!

Cupcakes are the in thing now right? I couldn't find the famous 12 cupcakes and so i resort to the cupcakes with love. imitation i think. they taste normal. not as heavenly as 12 cupcakes were in my memory.

Today is not the actual day of my cousin's bday but we celebrated today. bought 4 cupcakes for her as a gift.

keep quiet

you will see interesting things in child care centres and kindergartens. this was taken at my church's Sunday school. it's part of 3 steps finger signs to ask the kids to keep quiet. the fun ways teachers have to come up with to discipline kids.

My first G-shock (252/365)

This is my first ever g-shock! i have 2 baby-g when i was younger but i never thought i will go back to the 'g' days. but here i am, getting my first g-shoock! i realised my usual metal watch is suitable for work and maybe functions but if i wanna go holiday, i wun wear that or if i go gym, i cannot wear that as well. so i opt for a rubber strap kind of watch so g shock it is. baby g is so out for me. i really prefer big faced watches.

mahjong

it's been awhile since I last played mahjong! still remember those days when i first learned to play mahjong, I was so hooked onto it. finding friends to play overnight with.

but because mahjong needs 4 players, I always have trouble finding the 4th player! sometimes we get so desperate we make do with 3 players though it isnt fun. feel like playing a round of mahjong now. =p

Emergency only (251/365)

You see this in building all the time. But you won't really take note of it unless nevessary. But because i am always on a lookout for red objects, i see it very often. This is for emergency whereby you press and the glass will break easily for you to access to the switch/button or whatever that is behind. Of course, Singapore government would not let anyone play with such a thing. There is a fine if you use this for no emergency purpose.

Nature Valley

this is my favourite cereal bar brand! I tried to give other brands a chance but somehow I still come back to this brand. sadly it's not very cheap and I usually wait for promotion at departmental stores expo sales.

I like most of the flavours from this brand and I usually have a hard time deciding which to buy. but I think one of my top favourite is this honey and oats. just so yummy! :) I can eat this everyday!

Who doesn't like a sale? (250/365)

Sales is everywhere! I thought GSS just ended? This must be post-GSS. Seriously, think i've mentioned this before but Singapore comes up with all sorts of reason to have a sale. Just look at expo, every other weekend is a sale. Robinsons sales, Metro sales, somethings, sports apparel sales. You name it, you have it.

Longchamp

gosh I can't believe my mum! she actually got herself a Longchamp bag!! i don't even bear to indulge in such luxury. not that Longchamp is that much of a luxury but still. i kinda like the Longchamp paper bag though. the inner part is a nice shade of green that I like. maybe I should consider investing in a proper bag instead of my cheapo ones that spoil so easily.

During the whole jouney of searching for red pictures of the day, i realised i posted alot of fast food pictures. Then i realised red is an attractive colour. and that is why fast food like to use it for their logo!

Art exhibits

continuing from the post over the weekend, we visited a couple of exhibitions at the museums. one of them was the living, fashion and food gallery at the national museum. this was one of the exhibits that i don't quite remember or understand what it means. but I did remember where this was taken. there was another work going on in the same room. it's this video where the person experimented with the concept of fast food. and he ended up blending a whole macs extra value meal and attempt to drink the blended shit down. it was freaking gross and I almost felt like puking seeing the video! eeew.

This caught my eye as i was looking around for my red picture of the day. if i have a daughter, she will be wearing this and looking cute!

photocopy!

most start buttons are green in colour! so decided to take this picture while waiting for my printing to done. these days, all the functions come in one machine, printing, scanning, faxing and photocopying all in one! don't need to have individual machines. it's amazing how humans innovate and improve technology.

Body Shop (247/365)

This gift set contains all the things i am using at the moment- strawberry shower foam, the exfoliating kind, the strawberry body butter and also the smooth strawberry body foam. I would love to buy it for someone! But who else loves this as much as me. I don't wanna buy for myself cos this is a gift set!! no one buys a gift set for themselves!

Like a matchstick (246/365)

It is a pen if you cannot see it clearly. I had to quicken my photo taking cos i was quite embarrassed to do so. I thought this pen is ncie to have but the thought of people judging me when i use it. so i decided to dismiss buying this.

if only this is a pencil. and then the tip of the matchstick can be used to rub. that will close the deal. and i would buy it!

Night Festival 2012

this is my 2nd year attending the night festival. I enjoyed the displays. but not the humid weather and the crowd. it seems more crowded this year compared to last year. but I'm very impressed by how vibrant the festival is. the picture below is actually a light installation. but doesn't it look like a haunted house? =p

it was pretty tiring though. must be signs of aging. our legs were aching from all the walking and standing. unknowingly we were just moving from one museum to another, one exhibition to another for almost 4 hours! no wonder we were exhausted at the end of the night!

very happy we got to catch the kumar performance! it was hilarious! and I'm glad we got to attend some exhibition for free! like the wedding dress exhibition at the national museum. it was an enjoyable night :) night fest 2013, I will be back!

Alpha Course

this is not my first time blogging about alpha. i remember once advertising about youth alpha in this project 365.

anyway my Saturdays have been kept serving in alpha. I'm a proud graduate of the alpha course :) how much it had impacted my spiritual walk and how blessed I had been by the course.

I really encourage everyone, especially young believers or skeptics about Christianity to attend alpha and ask anything! :)

Luggage tag (245/365)

This is a super cute red spider man bear luggage tag. I hgad to resist the temptation of buying it. I was thinking to myself. How many times have people around me warn of not making your luggage too pretty and too obvious. As if my new bright orange luggage is not eye catching enough. Of course, ther are also people who said you have to make your luggage different so as to be able to quickly recognise and spot it when it is on the conveyor. but i don't wanna risk people eyeing my luggage to be the first to pry open and steal my things.
