New dessert at sushi tei (307/365)

I am a regular at sushi tei, definitely once every week and i know their menu inside out. I probably might not be super familiar with their seasonal menu because they come out every 3-4 months or so. And nowadays, Sushi tei has a internal challenge among the different branches where they try to come up with new recipe. Those keep changing as well. Think they are trying to find a popular one to make it permanent, but so far, none make it.

So desserts like this won't be on the menu as well. I keep a look out for new items on the conveyor belt. Pardon my blurred picture. I took it when the conveyor belt was moving.
